Overview
Vivasoft is seeking Senior Researchers AI/ML to lead research and development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This role focuses on exploring new methodologies and technologies, applying them to solve complex business problems, and driving AI-powered innovation across the organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and implement AI-driven solutions while contributing to the organization’s long-term knowledge base.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to AI and Machine Learning research and development initiatives
- Design, develop, and evaluate AI/ML models to address complex business challenges
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to extract insights and improve model performance
- Identify and assess new AI methodologies, tools, and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions
- Document research findings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices
- Support experimentation, prototyping, and validation of AI concepts
Requirements:
- Strong 4-10 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and data analysis techniques
- Experience designing and implementing AI models in real-world applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience publishing research findings or technical papers
- Exposure to applied AI in business or enterprise environments
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and tools
- Experience mentoring junior researchers or engineers
